Pablo Linares Romero
Project Director y P3 Manager
Career mission statement: Generates value above the expectations of stakeholders as a strategy of differentiation. Develops business in the field of international bidding and creates public-private concessions that allow greater interaction reports.
Pablo, a native of Córdoba, Andalusia (Spain), is a building engineer with 23 years of experience. He has spent his technical career in top-level consulting and construction companies in Spain. As a contract manager, he has carried out more than a thousand studies on various construction types: railways, roads, ports, airports, hospitals, teaching buildings, residential buildings, etc., carrying out the technical and economic feasibility study of these projects.
Pablo is a results-focused business leader who places great value on creating, developing, and leading high-performing teams. The creativity of his approach seeks rounded solutions based on rigor and the reality of its foundations. With plenty of integration and intervention in work environments and demanding high protocol binding information, he manages a large number of partners in each project. Pablo anticipates creating decision trees for probabilities/costs, taking the initiative, and outlining possible courses of action to take. He focuses on what’s important-“vital few and trivial many”-and solves the urgent.
As a manager of multidisciplinary teams, Pablo establishes communication channels and work procedures, achieving high efficiency in generating results through groupware, checklists, buffer management, client-server architectures, activities-responsible-deadline, self-management incentives, etc.
Some of his professional achievements:
● The study of the construction of an artificial island as an extension of the King Fad Industrial Port for Aramco, in Saudi Arabia.
● Study of the development of the Labor Camp for the construction of the King Abdullah Economic City, in Saudi Arabia.
●The study of field hospitals for those affected by the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.
● The study of several significant projects in the city of Malaga that have been an essential part of the city’s transformation: metro lines, transformation of the Paseo de la Alameda, transformation of Dock 1 of the Port of Malaga, and the study of the Pompidou Museum Project.
● The study of formwork system methods that allowed the execution of light concrete structures, reducing execution time by half, enabling the developer to build more than 4,000 social housing units per year.
