Francesc, a native of Barcelona, Catalonia, is a civil engineer with more than 15 years of experience. He has spent his career in three domains: Civil engineering, people and business development and civil protection.
Since leaving university, he has taken on major challenges in large-scale projects in Spain and North Africa. He has specialized in linear works for highway, high-speed railways and subways. The fun was the mix of Connecting large areas with changing materials, managing big teams of specialists and dealing with the peculiarities of public administrations with different cultures.
The world of consulting was increasingly attracting his attention, which led him to seek new challenges by collaborating in the development of large, high-performance teams. Sales and customer service teams in pharmaceutical companies, energy distributors or the industrial sector broaden the range of sectors in which he has achieved the proposed results.
